Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the users of Under Your Skin´s website.
By using or ordering from our website you agree to be bound by these terms. You are kindly asked to read the terms thoroughly before using our website. If you do not accept these terms, you are advised to not use the website.
Under Your Skin reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time, if such changes are necessary. If the terms are changed after your order has been placed, the terms in force at the time of the placing of the order will apply throughout the whole process (purchase and returns).
Terms of purchase
All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT. No further fees other than what is stated in the shopping basket will be added when the purchase is carried through. We reserve ourselves against the case that a product may be out of stock, or that the price shown on the checkout page in rare cases may be wrong. If the ordered product is out of stock, we will contact you through email within a few days.
In order to place orders at Under Your Skin you must be above the age of 18. If under 18, a parent or guardian must place the order.
By ordering from Under Your Skin you are pay securely through Klarna Checkout, where you have the option of paying by invoice, account payment, direct payment, or card payment.
Payment terms – Klarna Checkout
When you have entered your personal information Klarna will make a risk assessment and will thereafter offer payment methods accordingly.
Current payment methods through Klarna Checkout are invoice, account, payment by card or bank transfer.
- Klarna Faktura (invoice payment)
When paying through Klarna Faktura you will shop simple and safely. You never have to state your card information, and you have the option of paying after you have received your order.

At the time of purchase, a credit assessment will be done, which in some cases includes a credit report. In such a case you till receive a copy of the credit report by post.
- Card payment
You pay by Visa or MasterCard via Certitrade/Euroline, which is 100% safe. All information is encrypted with SSL – 128 bit. The money will be booked from your account and then withdrawn when your order is shipped. All transactions will be done accordingly to the new safety standard 3D-Secure.
- Klarna Direkt (bank transfer)
Klarna Direkt can be used if you want to pay directly at checkout by Mobilt BankID.

Products ordered before 2 PM (Monday-Friday) will be sent the same day. Orders made after 2 PM and during weekends will be sent the following business day.
The packages are delivered by PostNord Sverige AB. They are delivered at business days in accordance with the PortNord´s own terms, typically within 1-5 business days after the order was placed. Heavy or bulky packages may be too large to fit in a regular mailbox. In such case, you will receive a notice from PostNord that the package can be collected at a pick-up point near your address. The package will be kept at the pick-up point for 14 days and will thereafter be returned to Under Your Skin. For further information, see below about unredeemed packages.
Standard shipping is 49 SEK – This type of shipping is used to deliver to individuals and to company addresses.
Under Your Skin will debit 400 SEK when a package is left unredeemed. This applies in order to cover the shipping cost and the cost of handling. If you regret your purchase, you must collect the package in order to return it.
Unredeemed packages are not included by the right to return your product in accordance with the Swedish Act on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts.
Returns and complaints
As a consumer you have the right to undo your purchase within 14 days, according to the Swedish Act on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts.
This right applies under the condition that the item is unused, that any packaging is intact and that the item is returned in the original packaging with the original documents. It is further required that the item is returned and made available to us within 14 days from when you received the item.
After these 14 days (or if you have used the product and want to return it), you will be charged 250 SEK if you wish to return the item. You (the customer) are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. We will not collect the shipment if the shipping is not prepaid.
Please note: do not forget to state the name and address of the sender.
When we have received the shipment, we will return the money through Klarna (excluding the cost of shipping). Note that the customer always is responsible for the cost of shipping as well as for the item itself. This applies regardless of if the item was bought with free shipping. The refund will take place within 14 days from the time when we received and approved your return.
Please contact our customer services in for making complaints. In the event of an approved complaint, a return slip will be sent to you. Refund will take place within 10 days after we received the complaint. In order for the complaint to be approved the product must be correctly packaged and sent in an approved padded envelope, or a cardboard box.
As soon as we have received the item, the defect will be examined. Thereafter a new item will be sent to you. You do not have to stand the cost of the return of the returned item or the shipping of the replacing item.

All information about the contents of the products is left by each supplier. Under Your Skin does not take any responsibility for any incorrect or incomplete table of contents.
Under Your Skin is not responsible for any hypersensitivity or allergic reactions due to the ingredients of the products and samples. If you are uncertain of the contents of the product of sample, please contact our customer services before use/placing of an order.
Swedish law shall be applicable to these terms.
