How to use the Hair Growth Kit?

Step into the shower and when your hair is wet - apply Hair Growth Shampoo all over the hair and scalp, massage it into the scalp and rinse. This step doesn’t have to be used every day.

Once your hair is cleansed, apply conditioner from the center of the hair down to the bottom to soften and moisturize the hair. Leave on for 1-2 minutes and then rinse off.

You can use Activating Serum on a dry or wet scalp. You use the pipette to drip product all over the scalp - a half-full or full pipette is usually enough to cover your scalp. Once it has been applied to the scalp, massage the product into the entire scalp with your hands. Do not rinse.

FAQ Hair Growth/Density Kit

Hair loss can be caused by several factors, including genetics, hormonal changes, stress, nutritional deficiencies, illnesses, or certain medications. It’s normal to lose between 50 and 150 hairs per day, but if you notice you’re losing more than usual, it might be a good idea to review your lifestyle and hair care routine.

Hair typically grows about 1–1.5 cm per month, and growth rate is influenced by factors like genetics, diet, overall health, and lifestyle. While you can’t drastically speed up growth, you can stimulate hair growth and support healthier, stronger hair by maintaining a balanced diet, using targeted hair growth products like hair growth serum and shampoo for hair loss, avoiding heat and chemical damage, and regularly stimulating the scalp through massage or gentle brushing.

Our kit contains Capilia Longa, a plant-based complex that has been clinically shown to strengthen hair and promote density. To see results, the products should be used regularly for at least 90–150 days because hair grows slowly and each strand is in different phases.

Capilia Longa is a natural extract from turmeric that has been shown to stimulate hair growth and reduce hair loss by affecting the hair follicle life cycle.

When you start using growth-stimulating products, you may notice increased hair shedding initially. This is usually hair that was already in the shedding (telogen) phase falling out to make room for new, stronger hair. This is a normal part of the hair growth cycle.

Supplements: Our Skin & Hair Hero contains biotin, zinc, bamboo and pea extracts, plus other important minerals that strengthen hair from within.

Hydration: Use a hair mask 1–2 times a week to hydrate and strengthen your hair. Our Hair Mask is perfect for this. For extra moisture, add a few drops of Hair Oil or use the oil alone on dry ends.

Protection from damage: Avoid heat styling tools as much as possible and always use heat protection. Our Heat Protection shields your hair without weighing it down.

To achieve results, consistent use for at least 3–4 months is recommended. A complete kit with shampoo, conditioner, and serum will last differently depending on usage:

Shampoo and conditioner: Usually lasts 1.5 to 2 months with regular use 2–3 times per week.

Serum: Used once daily on dry or slightly damp hair, massaged into the scalp where you want to boost growth. One bottle lasts about 1 month, so you’ll need 3–4 bottles for the full period
