Returns

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 30 days in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act.

The right of withdrawal applies provided that the item is unused, the packaging is unopened, and the product is returned in its original packaging with all original documentation. The return must reach us within 30 days from the day you received your order.

After these 14 days, or if you have used the products and still wish to make a return, a fee of 250 SEK will be charged. You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping cost and the condition of the item during its return to us. We do not accept shipments that are not fully prepaid.

Please remember to include your return address on the package.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund for the product via Klarna (shipping costs are non-refundable).
Please note that the customer is always responsible for return shipping costs, even if the original order qualified for free shipping.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after we have received and approved your return.

Claims / Complaints

Please contact our customer service before submitting a complaint. Once your claim is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and refund the amount for your order within 10 days of receiving the item.

To ensure that your claim is approved, the product(s) must be properly packaged and shipped in a padded envelope or suitable box.

When we receive the claimed item, it will be inspected, and a replacement product will be sent to you.
You will not be charged for the return shipping label or the shipping of the replacement item.


Combined discounts


Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined with each other, for example influencer codes together with other ongoing offers.
