SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Can I order to countries outside Sweden?

Yes. We deliver throughout Europe and internationally.

How long is your delivery time?

We always deliver within 1-3 working days depending on where in the country you live. For delivery outside Sweden, we deliver with UPS and the delivery time is approximately 7 working days.

I haven't received my order yet. What do I do?

Contact us via the contact form or email hello@underyourskin.se

Sometimes, unfortunately, packages break or get lost on the way, if this happens we will always send a new one.

Please double check in your order confirmation that you have entered the correct mobile number.

Can I track my order?

After your order has been sent, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track the package. If you have not received it, you can contact us via the form or email hello@underyourskin.se and we will help you further.

What shipping options are available?

We send our shipments with Budbee, Postnord and UPS. At checkout, you choose how you want your order delivered and which options you have depending on where you live. With Budbee we offer home delivery.

Do you have free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over SEK 599 or EUR 75.

I have not received an SMS for the delivery. What do I do?

If more than 7 days have passed since your order, please use your tracking number to check the status of the package on the tracking page of your supplier:Postnord,Budbee,UPS

Can I choose or change my pickup location?

Pickup location and delivery are handled by the carrier based on availability in your area. Unfortunately, we’re not able to select or change the pickup point in advance. Once the parcel has been shipped, it may sometimes be possible to make changes directly via the carrier’s tracking link.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGE

What happens if I don’t collect my parcel?

At Under Your Skin, we strive to reduce unnecessary transport and our environmental impact. Therefore, we charge a fee of SEK 150 for uncollected parcels within Sweden. This fee covers handling costs and contributes to a more sustainable system with less waste and fewer return shipments.

Once the parcel has been returned to us, a refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method, minus the fee.

RETURNS & COMPLAINTS

My package was damaged during delivery. What do I do?

First report the damage to the supplier. Please take pictures of the outer packaging, the address label and damaged products and then send them to us at hello@underyourskin.se, and we will help you further.

How do I make a return?

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days in accordance with the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act. The right of withdrawal applies provided that the product is unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

How do I make a complaint?

I have ordered products during a promotional period, can I make a return?

Yes. You can still make a return. Note that the handling of cases may take a little longer in the case of larger campaigns when more customers contact us at the same time. We'll get back to you as soon as we can!

ORDERING

Where is my order confirmation?

If you have entered your email address at the time of purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Otherwise, we will send it via SMS.

Can I combine discount codes with loyalty offers from your loyalty program?

At the moment it's not possible to combine discount code offers with loyalty offers.

Can I change my order once it has been completed?

No, unfortunately you cannot adjust your order afterwards.

Can I buy Under Your Skin's products in stores?

At the moment, Under Your Skin is available online only.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order has already been packed or shipped from our warehouse, it’s unfortunately not possible to change the delivery address. In some cases, an address change can be made via the carrier for a fee. Please contact us at hello@underyourskin.se and we’ll see what’s possible.

Can I add the discount code afterwards if I forgot to do it at the time of purchase?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to have the discount applied afterwards.

Are all products organic?

Yes! All our products are organic.

How do I know which products are right for me?

All hair and scalps are different. If you have questions about products, usage, or experience any reactions, you’re always welcome to contact us at hello@underyourskin.se and we’ll be happy to help.

I have sensitive skin, is there any product I can't use?

The ingredients we use in our products are very mild, but make sure to read the ingredient list to see if you are allergic to anything.

Does any product contain gluten?

No, all our products are gluten-free.

Does any product contain hormone-disrupting substances?

No endocrine-disrupting substances are ever found in our products. We have excluded over 500 chemicals that we consider questionable and work together with a chemist who specializes in eco and natural skin care.

What does "natural products" mean?

It means that our products are created with completely natural ingredients, free of chemicals and unnecessary substances.

Can I use your products during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding?

You can absolutely use the products both during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Do you have sample bottles or refills?

no. We do offer selected travel-size products from our hair kits.

Are the hair kits color-preserving?

Yes, they contain quinoa extract that protects and strengthens hair, and also helps preserve the hair color.

Do you have any regular shampoo and conditioner?

You can use our Detox Shampoo & Conditioner continuously and long-term as regular shampoo and conditioner.

Why does my hair feel different when switching to your products?

Our products are free from silicones and instead moisturize with natural oils. When switching from silicone-based products, your hair may temporarily feel drier or rougher as the silicone coating is washed away. Thorough rinsing and extra hydration during this transition period are important.

HAIR GROWTH KIT

How can I learn more about the research behind the Hair Growth Kit?

Vytrus Biotech did the clinical study on Capilia Longa and its effect. We naturally tested our formula for a long time with some of the best chemists in Sweden. All our products undergo long and careful tests and analyzes to ensure that they are safe and effective.

How often do I need to use the products?

We recommend that you use the serum daily, either as a part of your morning routine, or in your evening routine. You shouldn't wash it off but rather let the hair serum work in your hair. We then recommend that you use Shampoo + Conditioner as usual, when you feel the need to wash your hair (usually this means between 1-3 times/week).

Can I combine Hair Growth serum with Detox Shampoo & Conditioner?

You can! But the effect is not as good as when you use the serum with Hair Growth Shampoo and Conditioner. Hair Growth Kit is created for best effect and to be used as a kit.

How fast does the hair loss decrease?

If you do not have a specific diagnosis, you will receive results almost immediately, already in the first week of use. Comb your hair before you start using our products and also after each use, to compare how much hair is left on the brush. You can also weigh the hair you normally lose before you start using the products and after you have used the products for a week. Then you will notice that you lose up to 89% less hair in the weeks to come, but for best results, you need to use the products for at least 90 days.

How quickly will I notice that I get more volume in my hair?

As you will lose less hair, after a few months (3-5) you will see that you're starting to get more volume in your hair. In external studies, 95% of people feel that the hair feels healthier and stronger than before. But, of course, it also depends on how much hair you had before you started using the products. If you had very thin hair, it may take some time before you start to get visible results.

How quickly will I notice the new hair growth?

It takes a long time for a hair to grow out, but after 150 days you will notice that new hairs are forming on the scalp. After that, your hair normally grows an average of 1.15-1.45cm/month. If you haven't seen a noticeable difference within 150 days (please make sure to document your journey with photos), you can get in touch with us to discuss the Money-Back Guarantee. You can of course continue to use the products and try for longer than 150 days, especially if you notice that you are reducing hair loss and starting to get more volume in your hair.

Will my hair continue to grow if I stop using it?

Retained effect remains. It's not that the hair falls out immediately when you stop, but the kit rather works by reactivating the hair's "normal" cycle. However, we recommend to supplement your hair with the serum 1-2 times/week after the first 150 days to maintain the result.

How long does the Hair Growth Kit last?

It depends on the volume of your hair. The shampoo & conditioner should last for approximately 50-90 days and the serum is sufficient for approximately 35 applications (approximately 35 days).

Does the serum work to grow a beard or hair anywhere other than the head?

Yes, you can also apply the serum to your beard or other places where you want increased hair growth.

What kind of scent is in the products?

The scent of Shampoo & Conditioner is Spike Lavender & Cedarwood, but the serum is fragrance free!

Can the products help if I have alopecia?

We have not tested the kit against alopecia but even if you have no hair at all on some area, our Hair Growth kit will stimulate the hair follicles that are there and create opportunities for them to develop hair that was not there before. It is hair follicles that are dormant in the skin that get a boost and then the hair grows.

Is there a guarantee for the Hair Growth Kit?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a guarantee for the Hair Growth Kit, as hair growth is an individual process influenced by factors such as the condition of the hair follicles and external factors like stress. However, we rely on scientific studies showing positive results, where 95% of users experienced stronger and healthier-feeling hair with regular use. DETOX KIT

Should I start with Detox or Hair Growth kit if I have problems with oily hair, itchy scalp and hair loss?

In this case, we recommend you start with our Detox kit to first "detox" the scalp, and then you can move on to the Hair Growth products. Our different kits have two different purposes and you'll get the best results if you use one kit at a time.

Do Detox Shampoo & Conditioner work for dry and itchy scalp?

The detox products are specially made for dry, itchy and sensitive scalps. The products do not contain SLS, SLES or other drying substances.

Do Detox Shampoo & Conditioner work for greasy hair? row

Yes, they do.

Can children use the products?

If toddlers aren't sensitive to fragrance or some other ingredient, it's absolutely fine! Otherwise, we recommend ourOrganic Baby Kit.

How often can I use the products?

You can use the products as often as you need in the beginning. The goal is to be able to go longer between washes.

How long do I need to use the kit before I see results?

It takes up to 6 weeks for the hair and scalp to fully adjust to this new healthy habit. The time it takes to see optimal results depends a lot on the condition of your hair and scalp when you start using the products.

Can I use dry shampoo or will it ruin the Detox process?

Unfortunately, the detox is ruined if the dry shampoo itself contains SLS/SLES or other chemicals that can be drying for the scalp. Most dry shampoos contain questionable chemicals, but products that are as natural as possible are fine. Our tip is to blow dry your hair after washing instead. This way, you create more volume in the hair and lift the hairs from the scalp, and then the hair does not get greasy as quickly as usual.

Can I use styling products?

You should be able to use regular styling products with our Detox Kit - the only thing is that the detox process may take a little longer when you use styling products right on or near the scalp.

My hair got even greasier. Is that normal?

Yes, it's completely normal! If you have previously used products with SLS and SLES which are very drying, it may be that your scalp is dehydrated and has started to overproduce sebum to compensate for this - that is why you feel that your hair becomes dirty/greasy shortly after washing. It may take several weeks for your hair to fully adjust to your new healthy habit.

My scalp became itchy. Is that normal?

Yes, it's completely normal! It takes about 2-6 weeks for your hair and scalp to fully get used to this new healthy habit. You need to persevere even if your hair feels greasier at first or your scalp is extra itchy, because it's just your scalp, that is restoring its hair follicles, and pores, that are working at full capacity.

Harsh rubbing against the scalp when washing can also be the cause. We recommend washing your hair 1-2 times a week, to calm down sebum production, but there are people who apply a lot of shampoo, leaving it to "do the job" i.e. dissolve grease and rub properly against the scalp to remove impurities. Such behavior damages the scalp, leads to dryness of the skin and causes irritation and itching.

Is there a warranty for the results of the Detox kit?

FACE HYDRATION DUO

What does it mean when a product is marked as a "detox"?

When you transition from using synthetic products that may contain, for example, perfumes, silicones, mineral oils and other chemicals, a Detox means cleaning your skin of impurities, left after using synthetic products. These products are perfect to switch to as your first natural products - as you could say you're getting a green detox! The serum also contains stem cell extract from thistle - a herb that has long been known in traditional medicine to have detoxifying properties.

What is the difference between the Serum and the Cream?

You use the serum before the cream, since it is a product that is thinner in texture and also more powerful - containing stem cell extract from thistle, which is rich in antioxidants. This product contributes to maintaining the skin's youth without questionable chemicals. In addition, it evens out skin tone and moisturizes. The cream is even more moisturizing and has more moisturizing oils in it - such as sunflower oil and almond oil.

Who are the products suitable for?

When should I apply these in my routine?

After cleansing, apply 1-2 pumps of Face Serum all over your face and let it sink in. Once the serum has been absorbed, apply 1-2 pumps of Face Cream all over your face - and voila! Finished.

What do you recommend for cleaning my face?

An oil-based cleanser would work well! If you're not wearing makeup, water or a gentle face wash and warm water is enough.

Can I use Face Cream and Serum even if I have sensitive skin?

Yes, these products are specially designed for people with sensitive skin, containing, among other things, Swedish oat extract that soothes and protects the skin. In addition, the serum contains stem cell extract from thistle, which provides an extra boost with antioxidants.

Can I combine the Face Cream and Serum with the Natural Glow Face Oil?

Yes, if you have dry skin, you can advantageously mix 2-3 drops of the Natural Glow Face Oil with our Face Cream on your palm and then apply for extra moisture. You can also use the oil as the last step in the routine - on top of the cream.
