You’re trying to charge money from my account

You can check your upcoming subscription charges and manage shipping yourself:

- Log in to your customer portal
- Go to Billing or Payment Methods to see upcoming charges.
- You can change your shipping date or skip a shipment if needed.

Update your payment method if required.
If a charge doesn’t look right, use the Contact Support button in the portal to reach us immediately.

I haven’t signed up for a subscription..

Sometimes the subscription may be selected by accident, or you might choose the “Subscribe & Save” discount instead of a one-time purchase. If this has happened by mistake, you can easily cancel the subscription directly in the portal.

1. Log in to the customer portal using your email.
2.Check if any subscriptions are linked to your account.

If you see a subscription you didn’t create, click Contact Support in the portal so we can secure your account.

How do I add products to my subscription?

You can add products in two ways:

Option 1: Start a subscription for a product directly on the website
When you’re on the product page, select Subscribe and follow the instructions to add the product to your subscription.

Option 2: Add a product to your existing subscription via the portal
- Log in to your customer portal
- Click on Your Active Subscription.
- Click Add Product and select the products you want to include.
- Confirm your changes - your new products will be included in your next delivery.

How do I change the interval of my subscription? 

1. Log in to your customer portal
2. Click on Your Active Subscription.
3. Click Change a Date.
Here you can adjust the delivery interval (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).
4. Save changes - your next shipment will follow the new schedule.

Where can I find information about my subscription? 

All subscription details are in your customer portal:
- Products included
- Next delivery date
- Payment method
- Shipping address

You can update any of these yourself at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

- Log in to your customer portal
- Select Your Active Subscription.
- Click Change a Date.
- Choose Cancel Subscription and confirm.

After cancellation, no future payments will be taken, and your subscription will stop at the end of the current cycle.
