Delivery

Packages delivered by PostNord are notified via SMS, email, or the PostNord app and can be picked up at your nearest service point. The package will be held for 7 days. You can extend the pickup time by an additional 7 days free of charge in the PostNord app.

Once the time has expired, the package will automatically be returned to us.

Undelivered orders

If you miss to pick up your order, you can email us at hello@underyourskin.se for assistance.

At Under Your Skin, we’re committed to minimizing unnecessary shipping and environmental impact. That’s why we charge a 150 SEK fee for unclaimed orders within Sweden, to help cover return handling and reduce waste caused by repeated deliveries.
