Terms and Conditions

By participating in competitions on Underyourskin.se and on our social media, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions.

Competitions held by Underyourskin.se are not sponsored, supported, administered by, or in any way associated with Facebook and/or Instagram and/or TikTok. Participants in the competition provide information only to Under Your Skin Sweden AB.

Who can participate?
To participate in the competitions, you must be 18 years old and have a registered address in Sweden. Employees of Under Your Skin Sweden AB and their families are not allowed to participate in the competitions.

How to participate:
On the website (underyourskin.se), you can find the competition, and to participate, you must follow the instructions on the competition page

In order to participate in the current competition: 

• Accept a subscription to our newsletter (accept email communication from us); you will receive an email where you confirm your subscription.
• Follow us on Instagram @underyourskinsthlm.

Winners
The winners will be randomly drawn from participants who followed the competition instructions on November 1, 2024. A jury from Under Your Skin will select the winners, and this decision cannot be appealed. Winners will be contacted via the email they registered with. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, we will decide on a case-by-case basis what happens to the prizes.

Prize
Depending on the competition, the prize may be collected in one of our stores or sent to your home. In some cases, it may also be sent via email. More information can be found in the competition post or in our communication with you after the competition ends. All prizes are personal and cannot be transferred to others. It is not possible to exchange the prize for cash. Any applicable prize tax is paid by the winner.

Personal data
We, Under Your Skin Sweden AB, process your data in accordance with the Data Protection Act and our privacy policy, which you can find here. The information you provide about yourself will be processed to administer the competition. In connection with the publication of the competition winners, personal data may be published in our channels, such as on underyourskin.se, via email, Facebook, and Instagram. By participating in the competitions, you also agree to Facebook’s and Instagram’s general terms of use.

Liability and rights
Under Your Skin Sweden AB disclaims responsibility for:

• Direct, indirect, or incidental losses caused by the use of the Facebook page.
• Viruses or other damage to users' computers resulting from the use of Facebook, including the transmission of material, audio files, text, images, and video from this page.
• Material posted on Facebook by users.
• Any printing errors and unintentional misunderstandings.
