Den lilla mängden gör det svårt att se resultat och priset gör att jag inte är redo att köpa på nytt. Missnöjd med att balsamet ökar volym enligt texten på baksidan av flaskan. Detta framgick inte tydligt innan köp. Mitt hår blir mycket svårhanterligt på grund av all volym. Hade uppskattat att kunna köpa produkterna separat och inte bara ha alternativet kit. Särkilt på grund av priset. Då hade jag möjligen kunnat överväga att skaffa schampot igen och testa över längre tid. Det som hänt nu är att jag betalat dyra pengar men inte sett någon effekt."

"Mitt hår har aldrig mått så bra som med erat schampo och balsam. Jag har till och med fått med mina föräldrar på att köpa era produkter. Vid ömmande, torra eller känsliga hårbottnar kan jag varmt rekommendera dessa (men speciellt eran hårmask, den gör underverk). Men även vid hårkvalitet som jag: lockigt hår med lite fet hårbotten som ändå samtidigt är känslig, jag har aldrig haft bättre schampo."
